As we were looking through the program information, we made a note of suggesting fresh vegetables and such for the recovering and healing of your body after you stop smoking (along with the other nutritional values they offer).  Realizing that some people may not know many ways to prepare the vegetables and grow bored of it, we decided to find some recipes for you to try.
